It’s precisely Passion that is the leitmotif of this journey: passion for food and for discovery, two urges that fit together perfectly and inevitably lead to the birth of new ideas and inspirations. An encounter between Italian and Spanish cuisine, generated by twin traditions, but with very different accents and flavours.
